dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku transferových cen mezi spojenými podniky. Úkolem je aplikovat vhodnou metodiku pro stanovení transferových cen u nejčastějších řízených transakcí vybraného podniku. Práce obsahuje teoretické východisko a právní úpravu k transferovým cenám, popis jednotlivých metod a rizika související s nesprávně nastavenými transferovými cenami. V praktické části se práce zabývá představením vybraného podniku, funkční analýzou podniku a aplikováním metodiky transferových cen včetně ověření tržní výše nastavených transferových cen. V závěrečné části práce jsou zhodnoceny zjištěné výsledky z praktické části a z toho plynoucí doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with transfer pricing between associated enterprises. The aim of this thesis is an application of a suitable method for determination of the transfer pricing on the essential transactions of a selected company. The theoretical part is focused on literature review and presentation of related laws for the transfer pricing, description of particular methods and risk analysis of incorrect settings of the transfer pricing. The case study presents an implementation of the selected method in a real company. This part contains a short presentation of the selected company, functional analysis and application of the transfer pricing methods, including verification of determined transfer prices on market. The recommendation for the company, important results and their evaluation conclude this thesis.en
