dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce, ve které se věnuji tématu Rizika a přínos mamografického screeningu, je složena ze dvou částí - praktické a teoretické. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii prsní žlázy a onemocnění, která se prsů týkají. Dále pak možnosti léčby těchto onemocnění. V teoretické části týkající se chorob, jsem popsala především onemocnění nádorová. V této práci se zabývám také popisem zobrazovacích metod, kterými se prsní žláza vyšetřuje. Nejobsáhleji se věnuji mamografickému vyšetření. Zabývám se dávkou ionizačního záření a rizikem, které při tomto vyšetření vzniká. Praktická část pak popisuje výzkum, který jsem provedla pomocí dotazníku. Tím jsem oslovila náhodně zvolené ženy a zjišťovala jsem, zdali na mamograf dochází a jaké znalosti o něm mají, případně jestli jejich obava je tak velká, že raději na screeningová vyšetření nechodí. Ze zjištěných a zpracovaných dat jsem následně vypracovala grafy a vyhodnotila, jaký postoj laická veřejnost v této záležitosti zaujímá.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis with the topic The risks and benefits of mammographic screening, consists of two parts practical and theoretical. The first subchapter of the theoretical part describes the anatomy of the mammary gland and mainly tumorous diseases that affect breasts. In the second subchapter there is a description of the mammary gland imaging methods, mainly mammographic examination. I also deal with the radiation dose and possible risks, that arises from this examination. In this part, there is also description of treatment possibilities. The second part describes the research that I conducted with a questionnaire, which was adressed to randomly chosen women. Main questions focus to knowledge about the mamography attendance to examination and fears from this examination. Acquired and processed data are displayed by the charts. Finally I evaluated the attitude of the lay public in this issue.en
