dc.description.abstractPředmětem práce je analýza účetní uzávěrky a závěrky společnosti Elroz, a.s. V teoretické části je nejprve vysvětlena účetní závěrka obsahující účetní uzávěrku a vyobrazeno základní rozdělení této problematiky. Následuje charakteristika společnosti Elroz, a.s. z obecného a účetního hlediska. Poté je zde analýza postupů provádění závěrky a důležité informace, bez kterých by závěrky nemohla být vypracována. Poslední stěžejní kapitolou jsou návrhy na zlepšení, kde jsou uvedeny aktualizace dokumentů ohledně inventarizace a vytvoření vnitropodnikových směrnic.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe object of this work is the analysis of annual final accounts and financial statement of Elroz, stock company. The theoretical section explains the financial statements comprising annual final accounts and in this section shows the basic division of this issue. In the following part is a description of the company Elroz, as of general and accounting terms. Then there is the analysis methods of execution statements and important information, without which the statement could not be drawn up. Suggestions for improvement are the last main chapter which are given update of documents regarding inventory and creation of internal guidelines.en
