dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá menstruačním cyklem z pohledu porodní asistentky. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie ženského reprodukčního cyklu, fyziologický menstruační cyklus ženy. Dále jsou v práci zmíněny poruchy menstruačního cyklu a plodnosti. V následujících kapitolách jsou uvedeny možnosti negativního ovlivnění menstruačního cyklu a sledování cyklu pomocí symptotermální metody. V poslední kapitole jsou popsány přírodní možnosti podpory správného fungování menstruačního cyklu. V praktické části je zjišťována informovanost žen o menstruačním cyklu a symptotermální metodě, zda užívají hormonální antikoncepci a v neposlední řadě jejich zkušenosti s přírodní léčbou. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že ženy jsou víceméně dostatečně informované o menstruačním cyklu, ohledně symptotermální metody méně, ale měly by zájem o více informací. Dále většina respondentek hormonální antikoncepci užívala nebo stále užívá. S přírodní léčbou mají nejvíce zkušeností prostřednictvím bylinných čajů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the menstrual cycle from the point of view of a midwife. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the female reproductive cycle, the physiological menstrual cycle of a woman. Furthermore, disorders of the menstrual cycle and fertility are mentioned in the work. The following chapters present the possibilities of negatively influencing the menstrual cycle and monitoring the cycle using the symptothermal method. The last chapter describes the natural possibilities of supporting the proper functioning of the menstrual cycle. In the practical part, the awareness of women about the menstrual cycle and the symptothermal method, whether they use hormonal contraceptives and, finally, their experience with natural treatment. The results showed that women are sufficiently informed about the menstrual cycle, less about the symptothermal method, but would be interested in more information. Furthermore, most respondents have used or are still using hormonal contraceptives. They have the most experience with natural treatments through herbal teas.en
