dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na vztah práva a sportu v České republice a ve světě. Zabývá se historickým vývojem sportovního práva, organizací sportu v ČR a EU, právními normami a strukturou sportovních organizací, včetně právního postavení spolků, sportovních svazů a federací. Dále analyzuje právní formy kontraktů mezi profesionálními sportovci a kluby a způsoby řešení sporů ve sportovní oblasti. Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní přehled právní úpravy sportu a jejího mezinárodního kontextu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis explores the relationship between law and sports, with a particular focus on the Czech Republic and international legal frameworks. It analyzes the historical development of sports legislation, the role of sports associations, federations, and unions, as well as the legal aspects of relationships between athletes and sports clubs. Special attention is given to the regulation of sports contracts and the responsibility of sports clubs towards their members. The thesis also examines the influence of international law and European Union regulations on national sports legislation and highlights the challenges posed by globalization. The study further discusses legal dispute resolution mechanisms in sports and evaluates the effectiveness of existing legal frameworks in maintaining the integrity and trust in the sports system. Finally, the thesis identifies areas for improvement in Czech sports law and suggests possible directions for future legal development.en
