| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá očekáváním studentů oboru Zdravotnické záchranářství a zjišťuje, zda jsou jejich očekávání reálná. Naším hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, zda studenti nastupují s konkrétními představami ohledně své budoucnosti a nakolik se tyto představy během studia změní. Práce dále pojednává o tom, kde se absolventi uplatňují po studiu nejčastěji a zda jsou spokojeni. Také zjišťujeme, zda absolventi během svého působení v nemocnici, či u zdravotnické záchranné služby přemýšleli nad změnou povolání a jaký k tomu byl důvod. V teoretické části se dočtete, kdo je to zdravotnický záchranář, jaké má kompetence, jakým způsobem lze získat způsobilost k výkonu tohoto povolání a některé možnosti uplatnění. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky našeho kvantitativního šetření. Data byla získána za pomoci dotazníkového šetření mezi nastupujícími studenty, studenty 3. ročníku a absolventy oboru Zdravotnické záchranářství. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the expectations of students in the field of Emergency Medical Services and examines whether these expectations are realistic. The main objective was to determine whether students enter the program with specific ideas about their future career and how these ideas may change during their studies. The thesis also explores where graduates most often find employment after completing their studies and whether they are satisfied with their career paths. Additionally, it investigates whether graduates, during their work in hospitals or Emergency Medical Services, have considered changing their profession and what reasons led them to such considerations. The theoretical part describes who a paramedic is, what competencies they have, how professional qualification for this position can be obtained, and outlines various employment opportunities. The practical part presents the results of our quantitative research. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey among first-year students, third-year students, and graduates of the Emergency Medical Services program. | en |
