| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce mapuje proces evropeizace politiky zaměstnanosti v České republice v období 1998-2006. Zaměřuje se na období před a po vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie, kdy byla postupně implementována evropská pravidla. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové pojmy, jako jsou evropeizace, sociální politika a Evropská strategie zaměstnanosti. Následující část se zabývá legislativními a institucionálními změnami, včetně transpozice vybraných směrnic a jejich implementace do české legislativy. Cílem práce je popsat, jak evropský rámec ovlivnil vývoj české sociální politiky, zejména v oblasti politiky zaměstnanosti a trhu práce v daném období. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis maps the process of Europeanisation of employment policy in the Czech Republic in the period 1998-2006. It focuses on the period before and after the accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union, when the European rules were gradually implemented. The theoretical part defines key concepts such as Europeanisation, social policy and the European Employment Strategy. The following part deals with legislative and institutional changes, including the transposition of selected directives and their implementation into Czech legislation. The aim of the thesis is to describe how the European framework influenced the development of Czech social policy, especially in the field of employment policy and the labour market in the given period. | en |
