| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení nákladů. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat řízení nákladů ve vybraném podniku, zhodnotit současné nástroje controllingu a jejich využívání a poté navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení systému řízení nákladů. Práce se skládá z devíti kapitol. V první části práce jsou uvedena východiska oboru zemědělství, ve kterém podnik působí. Dále je uvedeno stručné představení podniku Zemědělského družstva vlastníků Štichovice a provedena finanční analýza. V následujících kapitolách je uvedeno srovnání produkce s podniky v odvětví a uvedení struktury činností vybraného podniku. Další kapitoly se zabývají analýzou řízení a controllingu nákladů a návrhem opatření pro zlepšení efektivnosti řízení nákladů. V posledních dvou kapitolách práce je vytvořen finanční plán podniku vycházející z předchozích zjištění a zhodnocení dalších specifických problémů v zemědělství, které ovlivňují možnosti řízení nákladů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of this thesis is the issue of cost management. The main aim is to analyze cost management in a selected company, evaluate the current controlling tools and their use and then propose measures to improve the cost management system. The thesis consists of nine chapters. The first part of the work presents the starting points of the agriculture field in which the company operates. It is followed by a brief introduction to the selected company, which is the Agricultural Cooperative of the owners of Štichovice. This section also contains a financial analysis of this company. The following chapters compile a production comparison of other companies in this sector and an information of their activity structure. The next section deals with the analysis of cost management and controlling and the design of measures to improve the effectiveness of cost management. In the last two chapters of this thesis, a financial plan for the company is created based on previous findings and evaluation of other specific issues in agriculture, which affect the possibilities of cost management. | en |
