| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se věnuje rizikům nesprávného nastavení převodních cen z pohledu účetnictví a daní v České republice v návaznosti na mezinárodní legislativu, přičemž jsou zde definovány základní pojmy související s problematikou převodních cen a principem tržního odstupu. Práce analyzuje rizika vyplývající z použité metody stanovení převodní ceny komparací provozního ziskového rozpětí a analýzou lokálních neefektivností ve výrobním podniku. Účelem tohoto výzkumu je praktické využití získaných závěrů v lokálním souboru dokumentace k převodním cenám a při přípravě obhajoby převodních cen při daňové kontrole. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis deals with the risks of incorrect determination of transfer prices from the point of view of accounting and taxation in the Czech Republic in connection with international legislation, and it defines the basic concepts related to transfer pricing and arm´s length principles. The thesis analyzes the risks resulting from the used method of determining the transfer prices by comparing the operating profit margin and analyzing the local inefficiencies in the production company. The purpose of this research is to make practical use of the conclusions obtained in the local documentation file on transfer pricing and to prepare the defense of transfer pricing under tax control. | en |
