dc.description.abstractTato práce je zaměřena především na radiodiagnostické zobrazovací metody, které hrají velkou roli při diagnostice traumat v orofaciální oblasti. Je zpracována z pohledu radiologického asistenta, který se podílí na zhotovení záznamu pro lékaře stanovující diagnózu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou anatomií v orofaciální oblasti, dále zlomeninami a především radiodiagnostickými zobrazovacími metodami. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiky pacientů s traumaty v oblasti dutiny ústní, čelistí a obličeje. Dále se také zabývá otázkou, jaká je metoda první volby pro rychlou diagnostiku traumat. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké jsou nejčastější zlomeniny v orofaciální oblasti, jejich nejčastější příčiny a projekce na postiženou oblast.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on radiodiagnostic imaging methods that play a significant role in diagnosing traumas in the orofacial region. It is written from the perspective of a radiological assistant, who participates on making a record for doctors determining diagnosis. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with general anatomy of bones in the orofacial region, fractures and mainly radiodiagnostic imaging methods. The practical part contains case history of patients with traumas in the area of oral cavity, head and face. It is also concerned with the question of what is the first choice method for rapid diagnosis of traumas. The aim of the thesis is, for instance, to find out the most common fractures in the orofacial region, their most common causes and projections on the affected area.en
