Využití třetího rozměru pro vizualizaci v území

Abstract

Příspěvek ukazuje rozdílné možnosti využití třetího rozměru pro potřeby vizualizací v území s ohledem na přesnost, měřítko a stupeň zvolené dokumentace. V rámci případové studie je zvolena Česká republika se zaměřením na oblast územního plánování a povolování staveb včetně BIM řešení. Autoři diskutují aktuální stav, zobrazují vytvořené vizualizace a jejich klady a zápory v rámci příkladů z ÚAP, ÚP, ÚS či samotné stavby s využitím BIM. Závěrem diskutují možnou budoucnost využití 3D vizualizaci s ohledem na vývoj stavebního zákona, DTM a BIM v českém prostředí s návazností na evropský prostor.

The contribution shows different possibilities of using the third dimension for the needs of visualizations in the territory with regard to the accuracy, scale and degree of the chosen documentation. As part of the case study, the Czech Republic is chosen, with a focus on the area of spatial planning and building permits, including BIM solutions. The authors discuss the current state, show the created visualizations and their pros and cons within examples from TAD, UP, TS or the building itself with the use of BIM. In conclusion, they discuss the possible future of the use of 3D visualization with regard to the development of the building code, DTM and BIM in the Czech environment with a connection to the European area.
