| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice léčebné hypotermie v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. V teoretické části se zabýváme základní neodkladnou resuscitací dospělých a dětí, poté navazujeme rozšířenou neodkladnou resuscitací dospělých, dětí a novorozenců. Dále se zabýváme péčí o pacienta po resuscitaci a nakonec rozebíráme samotnou léčebnou hypotermii. V této kapitole si přibližujeme její historii, indikace, kontraindikace, komplikace, fáze. Zaměřujeme se i na metody měření tělesné teploty, metody chlazení pacienta, protektivní mechanizmy léčebné hypotermie a její vývoj. V praktické části se zabýváme použitím léčebné hypotermie v prostředí přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Zjišťujeme, jestli se vůbec tato metoda používá a jaký má rozsah využití. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is devoted to therapeutic hypothermia in the prehospital emergency care. The theoretical part deals with basic life support of adults and children. Then we establish advanced life support of adult, children and newborns. We are also engaged in patient care after resuscitation, and finally discuss the actual therapeutic hypothermia. In this chapter we are going to demonstrate its history, indications, contraindications, complications and phases. We are also focusing on methods for measuring body temperature, cooling methods patient, protective mechanisms of therapeutic hypothermia and its development. In the practical part we deal with the use of therapeutic hypothermia in the prehospital emergency care. We find, if this method is used at all and what is the range of use of this method. | en |
