dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou treasury management systémů. V diplomové práci je rozebrána obecná náplň treasury managementu pro lepší pochopení nabídky funkcí treasury management systému. V návaznosti je definován treasury management systém, možnosti jeho provedení, výstavby a popsán jeho samotný proces implementace. Praktická část se zabývá hodnocením přínosů treasury management systému užívaného v ČGS Holding, a.s., které je založeno na základě uživatelského ohodnocení jednotlivých funkcionalit systému. Součástí diplomové práce je také identifikace nedostatků treasury management systémů v ČGS Holding, a.s. včetně navrženého variantního řešení a vypracovaného grafického schématu úpravy systému a návrhu výkonnostních ukazatelů pro měření efektivity navržených změn. U navržených změn jsou identifikované kvalitativní přínosy a rozebrána proveditelnost úpravy systému.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is focused on the issue of treasury management systems. The thesis describes general content of the treasury management for the purposes of better insight to the functions of treasury management systems. Following is defined treasury management system, the possibility of its design, construction and the implementation process. The practical part deals with the evaluation of the benefits treasury management system used in the ČGS Holding, a.s, which is based on the user evaluation of individual system functionalities. The thesis identifies gaps of the treasury management system used in ČGS Holding, a.s. and includes their proposed solutions. The system's editing is shown in the drawn diagram. The thesis includes selected KPIs for measuring the proposal changes. With the proposed changes are identified qualitative benefits and there is discussed the feasibility of modifying the system.en
