| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce na téma Sociologie pracovních konfliktů se v teoretické části zaměřuje na popis sociologie konfliktů, teorie konfliktů, práce, pracovních konfliktů, stávek v Evropě i v USA a vývoj odborů v Evropě a v České republice před rokem 1989 a jejich transformaci po roce 1989. V empirické části bylo analyzováno dvacet publikací zabývajících se problematikou stávek. Všechny tyto publikace byly vydány mezi lety 1948-1989. Předmětem kvantitativní analýzy bylo zobrazení stávkujících, státního aparátů, stavkokazů, žen a četnictva. A jak se jejich zobrazování měnilo v průběhu jednotlivých desetiletí. Pro každé desetiletí bylo analyzováno pět knih. Analýza byla současně provedena i kvantitativně se zaměřením na počet publikací vydáných ve zkoumaném období a v jednotlivých letech tohoto období a na to, jaké stávky jsou v nich popisovány. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The theoretical part of my bachelor "The Sociology of Work Conflict" aims you draw an owerviev of the sociology of conflicts, labor conflicts, strike movement and the development of the unions in the modern society. The main focus of the analytical part of my bachelor thesis was the picturing of strikes and labor conflicts published in the Czech language in the years 1945 - 1989. The analysis was made from a qualitative and quantitative perspective. From a quantitative perspective, I focused on publications devoted to labor conflicts and strikes, in which were observed, how many publications were issued in different decades during the period between the years 1948-1989, which strikes were shown and what literary genres are usually used. The issues discussed in a qualitative analysis are, how was written about strikes, striking, state apparatus, capitalists, gendarmerie and women in different decades between the years 1948-1989 and if the literary style had changed during the various decades. | en |
