dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je vnitropolitický vývoj v Sovětském svazu za vlády Michaila Sergejeviče Gorbačova, který byl generálním tajemníkem této supervelmoci a stál u jejího zániku. Práce se zaměřuje na ty kroky, které se týkaly reformy politického systému, ekonomiky a informovanosti o činnosti státních orgánů a minimálního potlačování svobod slova. Jejím hlavním bodem je proto Gorbačův reformní program státní přestavby, známý jako perestrojka. Cílem práce je analyzovat tyto reformy a objasnit, zda byly skutečně úspěšné, když ve svém konečném důsledku vedly k rozpadu Sovětského svazu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main topic of this thesis is an internal political development in the Soviet Union under the government of Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev, who was the leader of this superpower during its downfall. Attention is paid to actions, which were related to the reform of the political system, economy, information on the activities of state bodies, and freedom of speech. So the main subject of the thesis is the Gorbachev´s program of state reconstruction known as "perestroika". The main goal is to analyse these reforms and find out whether they were actually beneficial to the Soviet Union even though they eventually lead to its downfall.en
