dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta po radikální cystektomii s náhradní derivací moče. Teoretická část přináší informace o anatomii močového ústrojí, o nádorovém onemocnění močového měchýře a jeho diagnostice, předoperační a pooperační péči o pacienta, edukaci a základní přehled o stomických pomůckách. Praktická část je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces u pacientů po radikální cystektomii s náhradní derivací moče, na specifika ošetřovatelské péče a jejich edukaci. V práci jsou uvedené dvě kazuistiky, kdy v jedné je popsána ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s derivací ortotopickou ileální neovezikou dle Hautmanna a ve druhé je popsána ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s derivací ureteroileostomií dle Brickera. Součástí práce bude edukační materiál pro pacienty s vybranou náhradní derivací moče.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with nursing care of a patient after radical cystectomy with alternative urine derivation. The theoretical part provides information about anatomy of urinary system, urinary bladder cancer and its diagnostics, preoperative and postoperative patient care, education and basic overview of ostomy aids. The practical part is focused on nursing process in patients after radical cystectomy with alternative urine derivation, on the specifics of nursing care and their education. There are two case reports about the nursing care of a patient with a derivative of orthotopic ileal neovezics according to Hautmann is described and the second one describes a nursing care of a patient with a ureteroileostomy derivative according to Bricker. The bachelor thesis will be educational material for patients with selected alternative urine derivation.en
