dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá bakteriemi rodu Mycobacterium. Teoretická část je zaměřena především na obecnou charakteristiku rodu, metody používané k diagnóze mykobakterií a jejich klinický význam. Největší část práce je věnována právě klinickému významu a to hlavně nemocem tuberkulóza a lepra. V praktické části je vypracován přehled všech zachycených mykobakteriálních druhů za dané časové období v laboratoři Ústavu mikrobiologie FN Plzeň a přehled metod, které byli k diagnostice použity. Dále je zde vyhodnocení zastoupení cizinců ve výskytu tuberkulózy ve sledovaném souboru.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with genus Mycobacterium. The theoretical part is focused on the general characteristics of the genus, the laboratory diagnosis of mycobacteria and its clinical importance. The significant part of the thesis is dedicated to clinical relevance, mainly tuberculosis and leprosy. In the practical application part there is an overview of all mycobacterial species, which were detected within a given period of time in the Department of Microbiology FN Pilsen, and a summary of used methods. Furthermore, there is an evaluation of the presence of foreigners in the occurrence of tuberculosis in the monitored set.en
