dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozšířením tuberkulózy (TBC) v Plzeňském kraji v letech 2011-2017. V úvodu byla sepsána historie a vývoj TBC, jak se říší a probíhá nákaza, léčba, prevence a koinfekce TBC s HIV. V další části je práce zaměřena na celkovou incidenci TBC v kraji a také na incidenci v jednotlivých letech a okresech zvlášť. Dále je zde řešen počet infikovaných TBC dle věku, pohlaví a země narození. Poté je porovnávána incidence TBC s HIV v daném časovém období v jednotlivých krajích České republiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe undergraduate thesis deals with the spread of tuberculosis in the Pilsen region between the ages of 2011 and 2017. The history and the progress of the spread of the infection, prevencion and its coinfection with HIV were introduced at the beginning of the thesis. Following chapters focus on general incidence in the region and also on the incidence in each of the years and districts of the region separately. Number of patients according to their age, gender and country of birth is also given in the thesis. Moreover, the coinfection of tuberculosis with HIV in given years in different regions of the Czech Republic is compared in the thesis.en
