dc.description.abstract-translatedOne of the partial factual nature of offenses against sociel coexistence is represented by untrue accusation another of an administrative offence. As in the case other offenses against sociel coexistence, this delict also has an equivalent criminal law act, which in this case is personified in the false accusation of a crime. After presenting the legislation and its theoretical starting points, the contribution focus on the analysis of selected elements of the factual basis of a false accusation of an offense, including the conclusions of the jurisprudence of the administrative courts. These deductions are compared with the conclusions of the criminal law jurisprudence on the crime of false accusation of criminal act, while the attention is also focused on crime of infringement of rights of another. In the contribution is also mentioned selected foreign legal regulations of these public law offenses for comparative purposes.en
