dc.description.abstract-translatedThis article highlights the shortcomings of the new legal regulation of telework (work from home) in the Labour Code. The article provides some recommendations which could be used when concluding a telework agreement between an employer and an employee. It also highlights the failure to comply with the labour law principle which states that dependent employment should be performed at the employer’s expense. Moreover, the article mentions the issues related to compliance with health and safety regulations for employees.en
