dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá právem dítěte vyjádřit se dle článku 12 Úmluvy o právech dítěte. Článek 12 zaručuje dítěti, které je již schopno své názory formulovat, že bude k jeho názorům přihlédnuto dle jeho věku a úrovně. Právo dítěte svobodně vyjádřit své názory, ve věcech které se ho týkají, je velmi důležitou součástí Úmluvy o právech dítěte. Zaručuje dítěti práva na participaci v řízení i mimo něj. Díky tomuto právu již nelze na dítě nadále hledět, jako na pouhý objekt práva. Cílem této diplomové práce je přiblížit právní ochranu dítěte vzhledem k jeho právu se vyjádřit a seznámit čtenáře s přiléhavou judikaturou, která se k tématu mé diplomové práce vztahuje.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the child's right to express himself according to Article 12 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Article 12 guarantees a child who is already able to formulate his opinions that his opinions will be taken into account according to his age and level. The child's right to freely express his opinions in matters that concern him is a very important part of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. It guarantees the child's rights to participate in the proceedings and beyond. Thanks to this right, the child can no longer be viewed as a mere object of law.The aim of this diploma thesis is to explain the legal protection of the child with regard to his right to express himself and to acquaint the reader with the relevant case law related to the topic of my thesis.en
