dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o procesech integrace menšin v České republice do majoritní společnosti. Jsou v ní postiženy hlavní skupiny menšin sídlící na území ČR. Prvá část práce obsahuje základní specifikaci těchto menšin. Část na ni navazující rozebírá procesy migrace ? příčiny, trendy a modely. Dále je zde řešena problematika některých právních úprav dané oblasti. Náplní posledního bodu je současný obraz společnosti vůči menšinám.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis describes processes of integration of minorities in the Czech Republic into majority society. It encompasses the main groups of minorities residing within the territory of the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis gives the basic characteristics of these minorities. The next part examines the migration processes: causes, trends, and models. Furthermore, the issues of some legal regulations of respective sphere are addressed here. The last point of the thesis provides a current picture of society in relation to minorities.en
