dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je management péče o pacienty s nádorovým onemocněním. Teoretická část je zaměřena na stručný úvod do problematiky cytostatické léčby. Je zde uveden souhrn a charakteristiky nejčastěji užívaných cytostatických režimů, management nežádoucích účinků cytostatické léčby a zásady podpůrné a paliativní péče. Praktická část je věnována vlastní analýze zaměřené na zhodnocení péče o onkologické pacienty, kteří jsou léčeni intravenózně podávanou chemoterapií.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the management of care for patients with cancer. The theoretical part is focused on a brief introduction to the issue of chemotherapy treatment including summary and characteristics of frequently used chemotheraphy regimens, management of treatment-related adverse events and standards of supportive and paliative care. The practical part represent analysis aimed at evalution of management of care in cancer patiets treated with intravenoisly administered chemotherapy.en
