dc.description.abstractV mé práci jsem zkoumal Statut Norimberského tribunálu ve světle zásady nullum crimen sine lege. Zaměřil jsem se na to, jak probíhal proces vzniku Norimberského tribunálu a jeho Statutu. Rozebral jsem jednotlivé kategorie zločinů, které byly popsány ve Statutu. Věnoval jsem se problematice zavedení individuální odpovědnosti v mezinárodním právu. Postupně jsem zkoumal a srovnával názory soudců, obhajoby a odborníků na toto téma. Na závěr jsem popsal, jak probíhala kodifikace zločinů po skončení Norimberských procesů, a jak jsou v dnešní době kodifikovány.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my thesis I researched the London charter of the International Military Tribunal in the light of the principle nullum crimen sine lege. I focused on the process of founding the Nuremberg tribunal and its Statute. I examined each group of crimes, that were described by the Statute. I researched the introduction of individual responsibility in International Law. I gradualy analyzed the opinion of the judges, the defence and experts on this topic. In the end I described, how the codification process of crimes after the Nuremberg trials went and how these crimes are codified today.en
