dc.description.abstractV této bakalářské práci se věnuji přímé volbě prezidenta v Izraeli, která byla zavedena v roce 1992.Izrael se potýkal s vysokou fragmentací stranického systému a vládní nestabilitou. Volební reforma z roku 1992 měla tyto problémy vyřešit. Měla posílit bipolaritu systému a zabránit častým pádům vlády. Na začátku práce jsem stanovil dvě hypotézy. Zaprvé, že přímá volba vedla k posílení multipartismu a za druhé, že nepomohla vytvořit stabilní a akceschopnou vládu. Ve zbytku práce vysvětluji, proč tomu tak je.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the direct election of the prime minister in the State of Israel, which was agreed in 1992. Since the establishment of the State of Israel, the Israeli political system struggled with a high fragmentation of the party system and the governmental instability. The direct election was predicted to make a strong position of two biggest political parties (Labour party and Likud) and impose often fall of the government. At the beginning of this work I presented two hypotheses. The first hypothesis claims that the introduction of the direct election of the prime minister, lead to an increase in fragmentation of party system. The second hypothesis claims that the new reformation had a negative effect on the political system in Israel and also on the governmental stability.en
