dc.description.abstractTáto diplomová práca sa zaoberá popisom právneho systému Štátu Izrael. Cieľom práce je opisať ako náboženské právo ovplyvnilo súčasnú podobu práva a sústavy inštitúcií v Izraeli. Zámerom práce je taktiež popísať špecifický právny a ústavný vývoj, ako aj okolnosti, ktoré viedli k jeho samostatnosti a určili jeho súčasnú podobu. Práca sa taktiež pokúša vymedziť židovské a demokratické hodnoty Štátu Izrael.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the description of the legal system of the State of Israel. The aim of this thesis is to describe how religious law influenced the current form of law and the system of institutions in Israel. Further, the thesis aims to describe the specific legal and constitutional development as well as the circumstances that led to the independence of the state and determined its current form. The work also attempts to define the Jewish and democratic values of the State of Israel.en
