dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou znalostního managementu a jeho zaváděním do podniku Lincoln CZ, s.r.o. Teoretická část je věnována představení problematiky znalostního managementu a zavedení základních pojmů. V praktické části je provedena analýza současné situace podniku a za pomoci postupů metodiky KM-Beat_It navržen model znalostního managementu s posouzením teoretických i praktických přínosů navržených změn.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the subject of knowledge management and its implementation into the company Lincoln CZ, s.r.o. The theoretical part is devoted to introduce the subject of knowledge management and the introduction of basic concepts. In the practical part is an analysis of the current situation of the company and by using procedures from methodology KM-Beat_It there was designed a model of knowledge management with an assessment of theoretical and practical benefits of the proposed changes.en
