dc.description.abstractPráce je zaměřená na vývoj politického systému Ukrajiny s hlavní rolí prezidenta, od vyhlášení nezávislosti do přijetí ukrajinské Ústavy. Jak se měnila role prezident v procesu přijímání Ústavy a vztahu k ostatním aktérům. Kdy jeho pozice byla slabá a kdy naopak prezident představoval dominantní složku moci ve státě. K tomuto účelu je využita teorie poloprezidentského systému a teorie delegativní demokracie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor´s thesis is focused on the development of Ukraine's political system with the main role of President since independence of Ukraine to the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine. What changed the president's role in the adoption of the Constitution and the relation to other participants. When his position was weak and vice versa when the president constituted the dominant component of power in the state. For this purpose it is used semi-presidential system theory and the theory of delegative democracy.en
