dc.description.abstract-translated	In this paper I present a current issue on the confines of labor law and law of civil associations („spolek“). Namely, termination of employment of an ex-member of the association in question. The issue is still hotly contested and pending before courts, and presents an intriguing interplay of civil, labour, and even penal law.
