dc.description.abstractPráce zkoumá právní nároky jednotlivých aktérů válek růží na anglický trůn. První část práce se zaměřuje na historické pozadí této občanské války. Následně jsou v obecné rovině prozkoumány jednotlivé právní tituly nástupnictví. V diplomové práci jsou představeny klíčové legislativní akty, jež ovlivnily nástupnictví klíčových aktérů válek růží. Prozkoumána je role parlamentu jako zákonodárce i soudce a také úřad protektora, jež byl nezbytný v době nedospělosti krále či jeho neschopnosti vládnout, včetně jeho pravomocí. V práci je ukázána spojitost a vliv právních odvětví (trestní, manželské a dědické právo) na nástupnické právní nároky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master thesis examines the legal claims to the English throne of the main contenders during the Wars of the Roses. The historical background of this civil war is described in the first part of this thesis. Subsequently the legal titles that created the legitimate ground for accession of the king are examines in general. The crucial legal acts having the impact on accession of each contender are analyzed in detail within this thesis. The role of Parliament as legislator as well as the judicial authority and the office of Protector necessary during the king´s minority or incapability to rule, with its legal competence are described in the thesis. The connection as well as the impact of the hereditary, marriage and criminal law on the legal claims for the crown is analyzed in this thesis as well.en
