| dc.description.abstract | Tato rešeršní bakalářská práce se zabývá dětskými pacienty s tumorem v zadní jámě lební z pohledu ergoterapie. Teoretická část práce popisuje podrobný rozbor anatomie zadní jámy lební, charakteristiky nejčastějších typů nádorů v této lokaci a jejich dopad na centrální nervový systém. Dále se zaměřuje na standardní léčbu těchto nádorů, včetně chirurgických zákroků, radioterapie a chemoterapie. Zvláštní pozornost byla věnována kognitivním a motorickým poruchám, které se mohou u těchto pacientů vyskytovat, a jejichž následkem je omezení v běžných denních čin-nostech. Speciální část práce uvádí intervenci ergoterapeuta v jednotlivých fázích onemocnění. Zároveň se zde nachází i část praktická, jež se zaměřuje na analýzu kazuistiky konkrétního pacienta s nádorem zadní jámy lební. Bylo provedeno vstupní a výstupní ergoterapeutické vyšetření, po-drobný popis pacientových obtíží před zahájením ergoterapie, stanoveny individuální terapeu-tické cíle, a nakonec analyzován průběh terapie. Vzhledem k použití jedné kazuistiky nemůže práce vyhodnotit účinnost terapie, ale pouze poskytuje určitý náhled do terapie s pacientem a možný způsob, jak postupovat. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis explores the perspective of occupational therapy in pediatric patients with posterior fossa brain tumors. The theoretical part provides a detailed analysis of the posterior fossa anatomy, characteris-tics of the most common tumor types in this location, and their impact on the central ner-vous system. It further focuses on standard treatments for these tumors, including surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. Particular attention is given to cognitive and motor im-pairments that occur in these patients, often resulting in limitations in daily activities. The special part of the thesis presents occupational therapy interventions. Additionally, a practical part focuses on the analysis of a case study of a specific patient with a posterior fossa brain tumor. An initial and final occupational therapy assessment was conducted, a detailed description of the patient's difficulties before the start of therapy was provided, individual therapeutic goals were set, and the course of therapy was analyzed. Due to the use of a single case study, this work cannot evaluate the effectiveness of the therapy, but it can only provide a certain insight into therapy with the patient and a possible approach on how to proceed. | en |
