dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje ošetřovatelské péči o pacienta s náhradní derivací moče a to konkrétně u pacienta s epicystostomií. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii a fyziologii močové soustavy, základní typy náhradní derivace moče, přípravu pacienta na založení stomie na močovém traktu, komplikace stomií a edukace stomiků. V empirické části práce jsou zpracovány dvě kazuistiky pacientů s epicystostomií. Praktickým výstupem práce je edukační leták, který je určen pacientům a jejich blízkým.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the bachelor thesis I was dealing with nursing care of a patient with a substitute urinary derivation, namely by a patient with epicystostomy. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the urinary system, the basic types of replacement urinary derivatives, the preparation of the patient for the formation of stoma in the urinary tract, the stomatitis complications and the stoma education. The practical part describes a case report of two patients with epicystostomy.en
