| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na oblast znalostního managementu a jeho zavádění do podniku. Práce obsahuje základní charakteristiku znalostního managementu a jeho komponent, problematiku intelektuálního kapitálu a způsobů jeho měření, až po samotný proces implementace znalostního managementu. Praktická část vychází z analýzy připravenosti organizace ke vstupu do znalostního managementu a dále zpracovává studii proveditelnosti projektu zajišťujícího vhodné prostředí pro implementaci managementu znalostí. | cs |
