dc.description.abstractV první části jsem obecně charakterizovala Listinu základních práv a svobod, její právní status a strukturu. Vymezila jsem pojem základní práva a svobody a klasifikuji je z několika hledisek. Dále popisuji pojem ústavního principu, jeho klasifikaci a rozdíl mezi právním principem a právní normou. Hlavní částí této práce jsou principy Listiny základních práv a svobod a to princip přirozenoprávní ochrany lidských práv, princip suverenity lidu, princip svobody, princip rovnosti, princip proporcionality a princip lidské důstojnosti, kde se zmiňuji o euthanasii. V poslední části této práce se zabývám komparací s vybranými principy Úmluvy o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod a Listiny základních práv Evropské unie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the first part, I generally characterize the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms with its legal status and structure. I define the concept of fundamental rights and freedoms specifying their classification from several perspectives. Then I examine the concept of constitutional principle, his classification and individual differences between the legal principle and the legal norm. The fundamental part of this thesis are principles of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. Therefore, I pay closer attention to the principle of natural law related to human rights, the principle of sovereignty, the principle of freedom, equality principle, the principle of proportionality and the principle of human dignity, where I also discuss euthanasia. The last part deals with the comparison of selected principles of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.en
