dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na kodifikaci občanského práva v českých zemích v letech 1918 až 1964. V celkem šesti kapitolách práce analyzuje historický a právní vývoj v této oblasti a podrobně se věnuje jak procesu rekodifikace občanského práva v období první republiky, tak i vzniku jednotlivých občanských zákoníků v letech 1950 a 1964. Cílem této práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled vývojových etap občanského práva na našem území v uvedeném období.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the codification of civil law in the Czech lands between 1918 and 1964. In a total of six chapters, the thesis analyses the historical and legal development in this area and examines in detail both the process of recodification of civil law in the period of the First Republic and the creation of individual civil codes in 1950 and 1964. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the developmental stages of civil law in our territory in the mentioned period.en
