| dc.description.abstract-translated | The concept of employer branding has in recent years become one of the key tools of human resource management and the strategic development of organizations. A research study was conducted at Škoda ICT s. r. o., a company operating in the field of information technology, an industry characterized by intense competition for potential employees. The research was conducted from the perspective of students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of West Bohemia. Using multivariate regression analysis, the results reveal the benefits and communication channels that influence the attractiveness of the company. The study provides insights into which communication channels and benefits are important for potential employees in the field. It also broadens the perspective on employer branding and can be particularly useful for companies focusing on students of faculties of electrical engineering. | en |
