dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou onemocnění diabetes mellitus I. ty-pu a onemocnění gestační diabetes. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teore-tická část se zabývá epidemiologií, diagnostikou a léčbou onemocnění a vlivem onemocnění na průběh těhotenství a porodu. V neposlední řadě jsou zmíněny rizika a možné kom-plikace, které tato onemocnění přináší. Praktická část je vedena kvalitativním výzkumem. Nalezneme v ní dva rozhovory s respondentkami. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, rozdíl v průběhu těhotenství a po-rodu u ženy s diabetem mellitus I. typu oproti ženě s gestačním diabetem. V závěru práce jsou pak shrnuty výsledky, které byly zjištěny, a doporučení pro praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis discusses type 1 diabetes mellitus and gestational diabetes. The text is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the epi-demiology, diagnostics and treatment of the disease as well as its influence on pregnancy and childbirth. Last but not least, the thesis discusses the risks and potential complications of the disease. The practical part is based on a qualitative research. There are two interviews with respondents. The main aim of the thesis was to discuss the differences in pregnancy and childbirth in a woman with type 1 diabetes mellitus compared to a woman with gestational diabetes. The thesis concludes with a summary of achieved results and recommendations for practice.en
