dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce představuje komparaci současné české a německé právní úpravy úpadku spotřebitele. Nejprve autorka provedla podrobnou analýzu české právní úpravy insolvenčního práva se zaměřením na řešení úpadku spotřebitele a posléze tento postup aplikovala rovněž v rámci německé právní úpravy. V závěrečné části práce byly poznatky sjednoceny a oba právní řády byly vystaveny vzájemné komparaci. Nakonec byly vysloveny úvahy de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present thesis deals with the comparison of the contemporary Czech and German legal regulation of consumer bantkruptcy. First the author performed a detailed analysis of the Czech legal regulation with a focus on the consumer bankruptcy and then the same procedure was applied on the German insolvency law. In the final part of the thesis all the obtained knowledge was united and the legal regulation of both countries were exposed to their reciprocal comparison. In the end the opinions de lege frenda were expressed.en
