dc.description.abstractHlavním tématem této práce je úloha prezidenta při sestavování vlády v českém historickém vývoji. Cílem kvalifikační práce je tedy podrobná analýza a rozbor ústavního systému v intencích role prezidenta při sestavování vlády v českém historickém vývoji. Práce si neklade za cíl toliko postihnout všechny aspekty postavení a pravomoci prezidenta. Snahou je analyzovat úlohu a postavení prezidenta republiky při sestavování a jmenování vlády České republiky. Kvalifikační práce nejprve rozbírá obecnou teorii prezidentství, poté následují dvě stěžejní kapitoly, jejich předmětem je úloha prezidenta při sestavování vlády dle předchozích ústavních úprav a dle ústavní úpravy současné. Poslední kapitola je věnována připravovaným novelám Ústavy a úvahám de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main aim of this thesis is to analyse the role of the President during the process of forming a government in the Czech historical development. This thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter there is an introduction of the theories of presidential powers and the theories of separation of powers. The following second and third chapter deal with the main questions - the role of the President of the Czech Republic during the process of forming a government in the Czech historical development. In these two main chapters, i would like to introduce the basic principles of the process of forming a government in the Czech historical development and the analyse responsibility of the President of the Czech Republic in the Czech constitutional system during this process.In the last chapter there is an analyse the amendment of the Constitution, which will change the process of forming a government in Czech constitutional system.en
