dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu tlumení porodní bolesti z pohledu porodní asistentky. Teoretická část práce popisuje nefarmakologické a farmakologické metody tlumení porodní bolesti. Součástí této teoretické části je i náhled do historie tlumení porodní bolesti a pojednání o prožívání porodní bolesti z pohledu porodní asistentky. Tato práce zobrazuje přehled metod tlumení bolesti za porodu a jejich využití v praxi. Praktická část mé bakalářské práce má výzkumný charakter a zaměřuje se na využití metod tlumení bolesti za porodu ve velkých a malých porodnicích. Součástí praktické části je i zmapování vztahu porodních asistentek k porodní bolesti v průběhu jejich praxe.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the control of pain during childbirth from the perspective of a midwife. The theoretical part of my bachelor thesis describes on the control of labor pain nonpharmacological and pharmacological. Part of the theoretical part is a treatise on labor pain control in the history of obstetrics and a treatise on experiencing labor pains from the perspective of a midwife. This work is focused an overview of methods for the control of pain in childbirth and their use in practice. The practical part of my bachelor thesis has the research character and focuses on the use of methods to control pain in childbirth in large and small maternity wards. Part of the practical part is also surveying a relationship midwives to labor in the course of their practice.en
