dc.description.abstractTeoretická část práce je zaměřena na anatomii a fyziologii kyčelního kloubu. Popisuje indikace k operačnímu výkonu, vysvětluje pojem totální endoprotéza kyčle, možnosti fixace endoprotézy, předoperační přípravu a pooprační péči. Praktická část je zpracována formou dvou kazuistik u dvou pacientů po totální endoprotéze kyčle, které vycházejí z modelu Marjory Gordonové.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the anatomy and physiology of the hip joint. Describes the indications for surgery, explains the concept of total hip arthroplasty, the possibilities of endoprosthesis fixation, preoperative preparation and postoperative care. The practical part is processed in the form of two case reports in two patients after total hip arthroplasty, which are based on the model of Marjora Gordon.en
