| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku veřejného zájmu. Veřejný zájem je dynamické a aktuální téma. Cílem práce je vymezit pojem veřejný zájem a vysvětlit jeho význam. Práce se zabývá oblastmi působení veřejného zájmu a historií tohoto pojmu. Práce obsahuje také vymezení zájmových skupin a užití veřejného zájmu v právních předpisech České republiky. Součástí je rovněž praktická část, která se zabývá pohledem studentů ekonomické, filozofické a právnické fakulty Západočeské univerzity v Plzni na dané téma. | cs |

The aim of this thesis is to define the term public interest and explain its meaning. The thesis identify areas where the public interest operates and contains also an outline of the history of public interest. The thesis defines the interest groups and contains the use of public interest in individual legal regulation of the Czech Republic. This thesis contains also practical part, the aim of this part was to find out the opinion that students od economics, philosophy and law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen have about the topic of public interest. | en |
