dc.description.abstractCílem této práce bylo provést inventarizační seznam vyšších rostlin na lokalitě podél potoka Kouba. Výzkum probíhal ve dvou vegetačních sezónách 2011-2012. Zkoumány byly rostliny ze všech vegetačních pater, kromě mechového vegetačního patra. Na území s 5 druhy biotopů bylo určeno 84 druhů rostlin z 25 čeledí. První část bakalářské práce je teoretická. Zahrnuje také metodiku sběru a determinace. Druhá část je praktická. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé dílčí lokality a určené druhy rostlin. Je zde tabulka všech určených rostlinných druhů a také tabulka zastoupení čeledí. Také je provedeno jak srovnání s dřívějším výzkumem, tak i s jinou lokalitou. Na území potoka Kouba nebyl určen žádný vzácný či ohrožený rostlinný druh.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of my bachelor thesis is to make a list of higher plants in the territory along the brook named Kouba. The research was done in two growing seasons in the years 2011 and 2012. The research was focused on plants from all vegetation layers, except for the forest floor. 84 species from 25 families were found in the territory. The first part of my thesis is theoretical. It also mentions the methodology of plant collection and determination. The other part is practical with the description of the individual parts of the territory and the plant species found there. There is also a table with all determined plant species as well as a table showing plant families growing in the territory. You can find a comparison with a former research in this territory as well as a comparison with another territory in this part of my thesis too. No rare or endangered species have been found in the territory of the brook of Kouba.en
