dc.description.abstractPředmětem diplomové práce je ochrana a podpora zahraničních sporů. Práce se zabývá vymezením investic a investora, právní úpravou zahraničních investic, pravidly zacházení s investicemi, odpovědností státu za mezinárodně protiprávní chování, mechanismem řešení sporů a dále jsou v diplomové práci uvedeny příklady dohod o ochraně a podpoře investic a sporů, které vznikly na základě porušení dohod o ochraně a podpoře investic.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this thesis is the protection and promotion of foreign investments. The thesis deals with the definition of investment and investor, the legal framework of foreign investments, the rules of treatment of investments, state responsibility for internationally wrongful acts, the dispute resolution mechanism, and also includes examples of agreements on the protection and promotion of investments as well as disputes arising from the breach of such agreements.en
