dc.description.abstract	Jelikož je smrt a umírání neodmyslitelnou součástí práce všeobecné sestry, do jejích kompetencí spadá předávání pozůstalosti a s tím i komunikace s pozůstalými. V mé práci se zabývám všeobecnou komunikací, dále také tím, co pozůstalí prožívají. Jednání a přístup k pozůstalým je další kapitolou této práce. Na závěr teoretické části práce jsem zařadila péči sester o sebe, protože při pomáhajících profesích je to velmi důležité. Informace, které jsem získala pomocí dotazníkového šetření, bych chtěla porovnat mezi standardními odděleními a odděleními intenzivní péče.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	As death and dying is the inherent part of nurse´s work, a transfer of estate and naturally a communication with bereaved persons belongs to a nurse´s competencies. I deal with the general communication and feelings of survivors in my work. Treatment and approach to the bereaved persons are in the next chapter of my work. I have included the care of nurses of themselves in the end of the theoretical part, because it is very important in the helping proffesions. Informations obtained by questionnaire survey, I would like to compare among the standard departments and the intensive care departments.	en
