dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o humanitárním odzbrojení a roli nevládních organizací při prosazování humanitárního odzbrojení. Humanitární odzbrojení je charakteristické tím, že staví na citlivosti vůči člověku, především vůči civilistům. V první části práce je vysvětlen koncept humanitárního odzbrojení a pojem nevládní organizace. Druhá polovina práce je zaměřena na dvě kampaně prosazující humanitární odzbrojení - kampaň za zákaz nášlapných min a kampaň za zákaz kazetové munice. Analýza činnosti je rozdělena do tří částí: agenda setting, proces přijetí normy a monitorování implementace konvence. V závěru je pak činnost nevládních organizací při prosazování humanitárního odzbrojení shrnuta a zhodnocena.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deal with humanitarian disarmament and role of non-governmental organizations in promoting humanitarian disarmament. Humanitarian disarmament is characteristic of sensitivity to people, primarily to civilians. In the first part of thesis is explained the concept of the humanitarian disarmament and the definition of non-governmental organizations. The second half of the thesis is focused on two campaigns of humanitarian disarmament and related activities of non-governmental organizations - the campaign to ban landmines and campaign to ban cluster munitions. The analysis of activities is divided into three parts agenda setting, the process of adoption of norm and monitoring the problem after the adoption of convention. At the end of thesis is the activity of non-governmental organizations in promoting humanitarian disarmament summarized and evaluated.en
