dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu stresové inkontinence. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je na začátku stručně popsán vznik a vývoj močového ústrojí, anatomie močových cest, pánevní dno. Další část práce se zaměřuje na močovou inkontinenci obecně, jsou zmíněny rizikové faktory a příčiny vzniku inkontinence, prevence inkontinence a její diagnostika, následuje rozdělení inkontinence, ze kterého se v práci nejvíce snažím rozepsat o stresové inkontinenci. Protože praktická část je zaměřena na hodnocení kvality života ženy se stresovou inkontinencí, jsou poslední kapitoly jako předvoj k této části zaměřeny na kvalitu života. Praktická část má charakter kvantitativního výzkumu a cílem je zhodnotit kvalitu života žen na základě vyhodnocení dat ze standardizovaného dotazníku KHQ.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of stress incontinence. The work consists of two parts-theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the origin and development of the urinary system, the anatomy of the urinary tract, and the pelvic floor are briefly described at the beginning. The next part of the work focuses on urinary incontinence in general, risk factors and causes of incontinence, prevention of incontinence and its diagnosis are mentioned, followed by the classification of incontinence, from which I try to describe stress incontinence the most in the work. Since the practical part is focused on the evaluation of the quality of life of a woman with stress incontinence, the last chapters as a precursor to this part are focused on the quality of life. The practical has the character of quantitative research and the aim is to evaluate the quality of life of women based on the evaluation of data from the standardized KHQ questionnaire.	en
