dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je věnována problematice ošetřování dětského pacienta vietnamské komunity. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky multikulturního ošetřovatelství, specifika vietnamského etnika, vycházející z kulturních tradic této menšiny, pozornost je věnována zejména dětskému pacientovi. Všechny tyto informace pramení z odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Praktická část je výzkumného charakteru, prováděného formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Výsledkem je návrh na odborný seminář určený pro všeobecné sestry, zaměřený na multikulturní péči.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the issue of a medical treatment of a child patient of the Vietnamese community. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part summarizes information about multicultural nursing care, the specifics of the Vietnamese ethnic group, which are based on the traditions of this minority, and aims one´s attention to the child patient. All information proceeds from specialized literature and Internet resources. The practical part presents qualitative research, conducted by one-to-one interviews. Based on the results, a specialized course for nurses, focusing on multicultural nursing care, is suggested.en
