| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá rehabilitací pacientů po implantaci kardiostimulátoru. V teoretické části jsou blíže představeny poruchy srdce indikující operativní řešení a implantaci kardiostimulátoru. Dále pak popis mechanismu kardiostimulátoru, princip, umístění a druhy. Největší prostor je věnován kardiorehabilitaci jako takové - vymezení fází, druhů, pomůcek, aj. Výše zmíněná konkretizace kardiorehabilitace byla v praktické části aplikována na sledovaném subjektu ve FN Brno. Obsahem praktické části této práce bylo posouzení vlivu 12týdenního ambulantního řízeného rehabilitačního programu v rámci II. fáze kardiovaskulární rehabilitace na maximální aerobní kapacitu (VO2 peak) a maximální pracovní kapacitu (Wpeak). Proband absolvoval rehabilitační program s kombinovaným vytrvalostním a posilovacím tréninkem s intenzitou na úrovni prvního ventilačního prahu. Po ukončení programu došlo u probandu k významnému zvýšení hodnot maximální dosažené aerobní i pracovní kapacity. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the rehabilitation of the patients after pacemaker implantation. In the theoretic section the heart diseases that leads to surgery and pacemaker implantation will be introduced. This will be followed by the description of the mechanics of pacemaker-function, placement and types of the device. The biggest part of this section will be taken by Cardiac Rehabilitation itself. Phases, types, aids and auxiliary methods of Cardiac Rehabilitation will be introduced. Above mentioned specification of Cardiac Rehabilitation will be implemented to the research subject of FN Brno in the second segment of the thesis. The practical part aims to review the influence of twelve weeks long ambulant rehabilitation program included in II. phase of Cardiac Rehabilitation have on maximal aerobic capacity and maximal physical work capacity. Proband attended rehabilitation program consisted of endurance and tonic exercise within the intensity at the first ventilatory threshold. After the end of the program readings of maximal aerobic capacity and maximal physical work capacity of Proband significantly increased. | en |
