dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na téma digitalizace v oblasti daní a účetnictví. Cílem této kvalifikační práce je zhodnotit možnosti digitální transformace vybraných procesů v oblasti daní a účetnictví v podmínkách zvoleného ekonomického subjektu. Struktura práce zahrnuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část poskytuje ucelený přehled základních pojmů souvisejících s daněmi, účetnictvím a digitalizací. Praktická část charakterizuje vybranou společnost a analyzuje digitální systémy využívané pro zpracování daňových a účetních operací. Klíčovou částí je výzkumné šetření zkoumající vnímání digitalizace a digitálních nástrojů z pohledu zaměstnanců. Na základě výsledků šetření a analýzy systémů jsou v závěrečné kapitole navržena konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení digitálních procesů ve společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master´s thesis is focused on the topic of digitalization in the field of taxation and accounting. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of digital transformation of selected processes in the field of taxation and accounting in the conditions of a selected economic entity. The structure of the thesis includes a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive overview of basic concepts related to taxation, accounting and digitalization. The practical part characterizes the selected company and analyses the digital systems used for tax and accounting operations processing. The key part is a research study exploring employees' perceptions of digitalization and digital tools. Based on the results of the survey and the system analysis, the final chapter proposes specific measures to improve digital processes in the company.en
